The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as the shiny teak floors and ceilings, adds to the lovely French colonial feel. The location of the hotel is excellent, being immediately opposite the Xieng Thong temple on the main road.
All was fine and met my expectations.

The staff was lovely and very receptive to our requests. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is located close to a beautiful park and a short distance away from a few local attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying.
Our romantic escape was tainted as the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor that made us uneasy and uncomfortable throughout our stay. the room was not well lit, and the heavy curtains made it difficult to tell whether it was day or night.

The Christmas breakfast was great, with a croissant, a sliced fruit plate, and a boiled egg option, along with tea or coffee. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was also fantastic, being just a short five-minute walk from the main attractions. we appreciated the daily replenishment of fresh water bottles.
the hot water pressure was poor, making for less than enjoyable showers.
